Observation: Back exit door of pop syrup room - door sweep has been chewed through by mice allowing for pest entry.
Corrective Action(s): Replace door sweep to exclude entry into storage area. Correction date: Nov 24, 2019.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the following areas: along wall under dishwasher, along wall under pop lines in storage room, inside condiment cabinet in front service area and on floor underneath condiment cabinet.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
