-General sanitation is satisfactory. Some accumulation of dust and debris noted on floor under equipment. Ensure hard to reach areas are being cleaned regularly.
-Handsink supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
-Sandwich cooler was at 4C
-True stainless fridge/freezer was 3C/-16C
-Display cooler was 4C.
-High temperature dishwasher met sanitizing temperature requirement. High temp rinse was 71C at the dish surface measured with min/max thermometer
-Bleach sanitizer present in spray bottle for use on counters. Concentration initially was >>200ppm Chlorine and was diluted at the time of the inspection to 100-200ppm chlorine.
-Staff member on duty has completed Foodsafe level 1 training.
-Observed staff member washing hands prior to food handling.
-No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection
