Bleach water sanitizer is available in spray bottle at 100 ppm chlorine.
Front hand sink is supplied with paper towels and liquid soap.
Sponges noted on previous report are removed.
Thermometer supplied for refrigerator.
Note:
- Dipper wells not on at start of inspection. Inspection conducted at beginning of operating hours, no customers at time of inspection. Ensure that scoops are washed and sanitized, or replaced with cleaned and sanitized scoops, at least every four hours, or more frequently as needed. Otherwise, dipper wells to be kept continuously running throughout the day.
- Bleach jug is in place in glass washer; however, glass washer is not on / in use. Limited dishware (e.g. ice cream scoops) on site. Single use cups provided for beverages. Ensure all equipment and utensils are properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized at three compartment ware washing sink which is available on site. Manual ware washing poster is posted. |
