Follow-up inspection conducted following previous routine inspection --> report # 253080 Violations have been corrected --> 308 - Existing paper towel dispenser has been properly reassembled by professional and now dispenses paper towel --> 101 - Light bulb has been replaced. Lighting in storage room is now adequate --> 209 1) Metal bowls have been replaced with proper scoops for bulk storage containers 2) No wet cutting boards stored above flour bins 3) spoon is now used to scoop garlic for Naan preparation --> 305 - Back door now being kept closed during operation as noted during inspection --> 306 - Cleaning under stove has been completed. Small pool of water noted under prep cooler. Operator states it is due to leak from pipe. Cooler is currently functional Ensure regular cleaning is done to remove pooling water and temperature logs are maintained for coolers to ensure they function properly and store foods 4 deg. C or below *Usage of temperature log could not be verified Set up a recording sheet for date/time, temperature, corrective actions and employee name. -> 309 - New spray bottles have been obtained to store sanitizer. Old cleaner bottle has been discarded.
