This inspection done by EHO student. Notes -Handsinks fully equiped with hot/cold water, soap and paper towels -food is well protected (off the ground, covered) in dry storage area -no obvious signs of pest noted during inspection -all coolers are <=4 deg. C -general sanitation is satisfactory
