Observation: Live cockroaches found in glue boards in several areas in the kitchen and in the freezer storage room. One live cockroach was found in an electrical panel.
Corrective Action(s): Pest control comes on site weekly- reports viewed on site. They have applied bait and have glue boards throughout the establishment for monitoring. Ensure that more bait is applied. Ensure that all surfaces are cleaned every day and that water is not left to pool on the floor. All food in storage must be kept in sealed, pest proof containers.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
A new low temperature dishwasher was installed and it had 50 ppm chlorine. Ensure that this is checked daily.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
