Introduction
An unscheduled inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
At the inspection dated January 28, 2020 there were 9 children and 2 staff present.
No coded violations were noted during today's inspection; no written response is requested at this time.
Although only one preschool class was observed; all staff files and children's files were audited during this inspection
As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
The following education/recommendations were provided:
· Promoting Active Play in the program
· Temporary Placements
· Lead in the Water
