*Mineral and slime build up notice inside the ice maker. Remove all ice and clean and sanitize the ice maker as per manufacturer's instructions ( By August 26, 2018). Upright cooler below 4 C. Sliding door cooler below 4 C. Hand wash station supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Sani stuff ready to use sanitizer tested 200 ppm. General sanitation is satisfactory. No signs of pest noted at the time of inspection
