Quat sanitizer (new system) measured 200ppm at dispenser at 3 compartment sink
No evidence of pests
General sanitation good
All front coolers and milk/creamer units ranged between 0C and 4C
Temperature records well maintained, however missing the under counter cooler below the iced capp machines
Slush containers for coffee spoons all observed with ice
Spot checked sanitizer rag buckets and sanitizer cups - 200ppm
*Remember iced capp mixing wands must be WASHED, rinsed, and sanitized every 2-4hours or as per your food safety policies.
