2.Bar walk-in cooler has large accumulations of debris on cooling unit, fan covers, ceiling and floors and walls.
3. Ice machine has bio-slime formations in unit.
4.Bar ice bin beverage cooling apparatus and distribution lines soiled.

Light fixtures have burnt out bulbs.
