Fridges were 4C and freezers were functioning. Thermometers present in 2 of 3 coolers. *Replace missing thermometer in 'Community Kitchens' fridge.
Chest freezer was -17C
Domestic dishwasher (with sanitizing cycle) present.
Bleach sanitizer solution (100ppm Chlorine) present for sanitizing food contact surfaces
