Low temperature dishwasher was found to have a chlorine sanitizer residual of at least 50ppm after the final rinse (as per chlorine test strips).
*Please make sure to check the chlorine sanitizer residual with your test strips at least once per week. If the chlorine sanitizer residual is less than 50ppm, call your dishwasher service company for servicing.

Mouse droppings in sushi bar area have been cleaned up.
