Comments

A follow-up inspection was conducted to ensure violations have been addressed. The following observations were made:
- Pepsi cooler and meat cooler were repaired. The Pepsi cooler was 3C and the meat cooler was 4C, and the Pepsi cooler doors have no gap to allow cold air to escape. The Pepsi cooler and meat cooler can be used again.
- A new induction plate has been ordered. Ensure it has arrived prior to the next follow-up inspection at the end of the month.
- Staff have relocated personal effects and are storing them separately from business items/foods.

The following items still require action and correction immediately:
1) The surfaces underneath, between and behind the deep fryers still have accumulated grease. Staff still haven't cleaned these areas. Clean them at least once a day to remove the built up of food and grease, and to prevent a fire hazard and pest infestation.
2) Staff are not storing cloths in a bucket of bleach and water when not in use. This was required to be completed last week and all staff retrained. Ensure the solution is changed every 2-4 hours. The solution strength shall be 1 tbsp. bleach added to 4 L of hot water.
3) Schedule a professional company in to clean the exhaust canopy.
4) Repair the damaged wall beside the back hand washing sink.

Ensure all other violations are corrected by their assigned dates. A follow-up will occur on May 30/16 to ensure all items have been addressed. Failure to have all items correction will result in the issuance of orders, tickets, and/or fines being issued.
