Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Floors and counter tops require attention.
Corrective Action(s): Location is one of the busiest due to drive-thru and online ordering. However, premises still require to be maintained in sanitary condition. Have staff clean floors and counter tops on regular basis.

Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm.
Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse reached 77 deg C at plate surface.
Upright freezers for baked goods was at -10 deg C. (Check to ensure freezers maintains -18 deg C when not busy.)
Line coolers and display cooler were at 3-4 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Pest control monitoring in place.
Washrooms were in sanitary condition.
Note:
Permit is again not posted on visible location. Decal was stuck on Business Licence.
