Corrective Action(s): Location is one of the busiest due to drive-thru and online ordering. However, premises still require to be maintained in sanitary condition. Have staff clean floors and counter tops on regular basis. Violation Score: 3

Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm. Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse reached 77 deg C at plate surface. Upright freezers for baked goods was at -10 deg C. (Check to ensure freezers maintains -18 deg C when not busy.) Line coolers and display cooler were at 3-4 deg C. Temperature log was available and up to date. Pest control monitoring in place. Washrooms were in sanitary condition. Note: Permit is again not posted on visible location. Decal was stuck on Business Licence. If you cannot find your health permit, please inform your EHO so that a replacement permit form can be provided.
