Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Surface sanitizer in spray bottle (KAYQUAT) was at 50 ppm QUATS only. It needs to be at 200 ppm. Contanier was also nearly empty.
Corrective Action(s): Staff refilled bottle with QUAT sanitizer at 200 ppm . Ensure to refill bottles regularly so that there is always fresh sanitizer available.
