Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- 4L container of milk stored in from bar cooler. Unit's air temperature measured at 7.3 deg.C. Cooler unit mainly storing pop and alcohol bottles.
Corrective Action:
- Staff moved milk into working cooler.
- Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in this unit until it is repair/adjusted to maintaining temperatures of 4 deg.C or less.

Handsink in back area near freezer unit was blocked with a spray bottle.

- Remove spray bottle from sink. Ensure handsinks are fully accessible to staff for proper and frequent handwashing.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
(1) Container of fresh pasta found in walk-in cooler with no cover or lid.
(2) Plastic container stored in the ice in the bar area.
(3) Ice scoop being used for ice machine in back area is stored on wired shelving.
Corrective Action:
(1) Cover pasta container with a food-grade lid to protect food from contamination.
(2) Discard ice. Remove plastic container. Do not store items in ice in the bar area to minimize contamination.
(3) Clean and sanitize ice scoop. Store scoop in clean container to ensure ice being scooped from ice machine is not contaminated.
