Observation: Mildew observed on the plastic panel inside the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the ice machine. Discard the current batch of ice and the first batch after sanitzing. Follow your sanitation plan for regular cleaning / sanitizing schedule. Correct by: Immediately.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 sanitizing pails, 1 sanitizing spray bottle measrued with quats concentration less than 50 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Staff discarded and refilled the pails and spray bottle with 200 ppm quats sanitizer from the dispenser.

Routine inspection:
- Coolers maintained at 4C or less.
- Freezers maintained at -18C or less.
- Hot foods hot held at above 60C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm bleach sanitizer at the plate level.
- Glasswasher dispensed 12.5ppm iodine.
- Dry food stored off the ground and organized.
- Sanitizing pails and spray bottles at the back kitchen and front bar area measured with 200 ppm quats.
- Pest reports indicated minor cockroach infestation. Ensure food are stored in tight sealed containers and follow Professional pest control operator for remediate actions.
- General sanitation satisfactory.

*Power outage during the inspection. Facility voluntarily stopped food preparation, dispensing and operation. Ensure close the all refrigeration units on site to maintained the cold temperature.*
