Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The following cold potentially hazardous foods were noted above 4C:
> 2 thermoses of milk and creamer for coffee --> ranged from 7C to 8C
> Cut produce and sauces/dressings in 2 door cooler (kitchen) --> 8C
> Mayonnaise, cut produce and insert items in prep cooler (deli) --> ranged from 8C to 9C
Corrective Action(s): All above mentioned items were immediately relocated to a functional cooler capable of maintaining 4C or colder. 2 thermoses of milk and creamer, and prep cooler insert items were discarded at time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink was obstructed at the start of inspection. 2 containers of sour cream were stored inside the basin, inspector was unable to wash hands until containers were removed.
Corrective Action(s): Hand sink must be readily available for handwashing at all times. This includes ensuring there are no obstructions to the sink or items stored inside the basin.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: 2-door cooler (in kitchen) and prep cooler for deli/sandwich items not able to maintain air temperature of 4C or colder. As temperature rose during lunch rush, stored food items inside were probed to be above 4C.
Corrective Action(s): Service and/or repair these two coolers immediately. They must be capable of maintaining the air temperature AND stored food items inside at 4C or colder. Rise in temperature during lunch rush only should not significantly impact the temperature of stored food items.
