Kitchen:
Handsinks were supplied adequately with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Walk-in-cooler and other coolers were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
Raw meat was stored below ready to eat foods.
Dishwasher final rinse chlorine residual was measured at 100 ppm (minimal 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer is required).
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the sanitizer pails with wiping cloths. Sanitizer is changed every 30 minutes according to the Person in Charge.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of the inspection.
Ice machines/bins were clean and scoops were stored separately in both a clean empty container and a container filled with ice water.

Downstairs Bar:
Handsink was adequately supplied.
Coolers were at or below 4 degrees C.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the bucket with wiping cloths.
Glasswasher final rinse iodine residual concentration was 12.5 ppm.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed.
Iodine test strips were available on-site.
