Follow-Up inspection" -Low temp dishwasher serviced Dec 20, 2016. Sanitizer noted at 100 ppm chlorine at the plate. ***Ensure when sanitizer bucket is low to prime sanitizer line to clear air bubbles and sanitize dishes properly -Sanitizer bottles all refilled and noted 200 ppm QUATS *Correction Order Rescinded ***Health Permit still not posted. Operator says GM is locating permit in office. If Permit can not be found and posted then contact Fraser Health for replacement permit. Business card provided.
