Make sure that all foods in the walk-in cooler are labeled.
Personal foods are to be kept on the lowest shelf in clearly labeled staff/employee totes that have tight fitting lids to prevent cross contamination with restaurant foods.
Rangehood ducting to the roof as well as the fan canopy must be cleaned every six months.
Screened door at back need torn/loose screen reattached to door.

All refrigerators and freezers meet temperature requirements, dishware being sanitized with 200 ppm of quaternary ammonium; general sanitation and food handling satisfactory; no indications of insect or rodent infestation.
