Routine inspection conducted at the food facility and the following observations were made during the inspection:

Temperature:
- Walk-in freezer measured at -15C
- Walk-in cooler at 3C
- Undercounter cooler at 2C
- Creamers (x2) held at 4C or less
- Hot holding at 60C or higher
- Hot held Cooked eggs discarded after an hour.
- Time and date stamps available on hot-held foods.
- Temperature logs were maintained.

Storage:
- All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
- All products were found either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
- Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

Sanitation & Maintenance:
- Hand wash stations were adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
- QUATS sanitizer pails available at each workstation and noted at 200ppm. Sanitizer solution is changed every 2 hours.
- Sanitizer dispenser releases 200 ppm QUATS at 3-compartment sink.
- Scoops for stirring cold drinks were stored in the ice. Staff refills the container every 2 hours.
- All the equipment were maintained in sanitary condition.

Pest Management:
- Professional pest control company conducts routine checks. Last inspection was conducted on Nov 30, 2021.
- No visible signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
- Mechanical traps were present throughout the facility.

Administrative:
- Operating permit was posted in a conspicuous location.
- Store manager has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.
