Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature chemical dishwasher measured at 0 ppm chlorine residual at the plate's surface. Operator primed dishwasher multiple times and replaced sanitizer bucket. Chlorine concentration re-measured at 100 ppm. Operator instructed to run dishware and utensils again in dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Regularly monitor and verify chlorine concentration to ensure dishware and utensils are properly sanitized.
