Observation: 1. 4 compartment cooler nearest walk-in cooler measured to be at 11.2°C. Staff states unit is on defrost during lunch. Top right drawer observed to not be sealing unit properly at time of inspection.
2. 4 compartment cooler under salad station measured to be at 5.9°C. Staff states unit has been recently changed.
**Corrected during inspection** Staff to adjust unit to a colder temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Refrigeration units are to maintain temperatures at 4°C or less. When not in use, please close lids, even during lunch rush.
Adjust units to maintain lower temperatures.

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
