Observation:
The linoleum installed in the storage room, as you enter the presmies, is not smooth and sealed. The flooring underneath is showing and water can travel beneath the linuoleum and rot the material below.
Corrective Action(s):
Repair and/or re-install the linoleum floor so that it is permanent, smooth, and sealed to exclude water when cleaning.

Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Freezers -20C or colder and thermometers present. Ice has built up around the opening of the freezer, chip this away so cold isn't constantly escaping.
- Coolers not in use during the inspection. No food stored in the coolers, and coolers are turned off.
- Handwashing sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles had [Cl2] >200ppm.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves or on pallets; and in closed containers.
- No expired foods found.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- Staff washrooms were clean and sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- COVID-19 measures in place, such as:
Social distancing
Mask wearing
Hand sanitizer
Bleach solution used for sanitizing surfaces
- Discussed inspection report results with the owner, no signature obtained due to pandemic.
