Code 303 noted on Routine inspection # ATHP-CPAU6F of Feb-22-2023 Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] Observation: The warewashing sinks on both sides of the dishwasher have broken hot water handles and hot water is not available for use at these sinks. Correction: Fix by Friday, February 24th.

Follow up inspection: Corrected items: The sinks on both sides of the dishwasher are now supplied with hot water. Items to be corrected: Install a light cover at the light fixture near the hot water tank within 1 month. Seal the exposed rough concrete at the left hand beer tap within 1 month.
