-Follow-up inspection to September 18, 2019 -Line cooler coils have been replaced, compressors changed, and a fan added to the cooler unit. -Temperatures ranged from 1C to 4C (inserts and top and bottom draws). -Continue to monitor cooler and ensure it can maintain temperatures at or below 4C on a consistent basis. If cooler temperatures begin to fluctuate again, contact service technician and relocate foods to functioning cooler units. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
