Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser and sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 72.8C final rinse temperature.
Prep cooler, display cooler, walk-in cooler, milk dispenser compartment, ice cap compartment measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition. Scoops observed to be stored outside.
Savoury products observed to be time stamped and dated on-line.

NOTE: Require thorough cleaning underneath the shelving units in the walk-in cooler as it is observed staff is not regularly conducting thorough cleaning to prevent food debris, packaging, and debris build-up. At the time of inspection one of the ice cap machine will be replaced next year and not in use.

Overall, sanitation is satisfactory.
