ITEMS CORRECTED: - Sanitizer solution available for use upon arrival of EHO. QUAT sanitizer solution measured to be at 200ppm in third compartment of sink. Remember that sink should be filled at start of shift to assist with cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day. - Rodent droppings have been removed and area has been cleaned and sanitized - Floors have been cleaned and sanitized throughout. ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - Light covers missing in back kitchen. Obtain light cover replacements.
