Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # RHEN-CKYRWB of Nov-08-2022 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Both paper towel dispensers in the kitchen empty. Handwashing procedures not adequate. Staff must use liquid soap and paper towels when washing hands or change gloves when moving between raw and ready to eat foods. Correction: Properly stock all equipment at handwsh stations and ensure these stations are used properly by staff. Check at follow up inspection date noted.

Kitchen cleaned up. Kitchen better organized. All food containers off floor. **Continue to target the stove/frier area floor (including behind) on high frequency basis. Move equipment weekly to ensure all food debris removed. Kitchen looks much better.
