Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is excellent. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezers measured at adequate temperature. 3 compartment sinks fully equipped for manual washing. Food contact surface sanitizer (spray bottle and dispenser) measured at 200 ppm QUATs as per test strips. Please contact your district health inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
