- Leak from dishwasher fixed. - Final rinse water measured 50ppm chlorine - Prep area handsink has been fixed. Hot water supply is continuous flow and draining is okay. - Mop sink drainage is okay. Operator stated some debris was removed from the pipe. Permit fee of $50 received in cheque #2 for the rest of the fiscal year (2023 Dec - 2024 Mar). Operator will be starting operation in the middle of December 2023.
