Hand wash sink is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap in dispensers and paper towel in dispensers. Oxivir Tb 0.5% Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide use for sanitizer as per instructions. No test strip available during the inspection. Exp. Feb 2023. Other bottles well labeled "soap and water". Fridge <4C. Freezer <-18C. Fridge temperatures are logged on chart. Freezer temperatures are logged on chart. Great job. Fridge is organized. Raw chicken is thawing in the fridge on the lowest shelf. Great job. All counters and cabinets are in good repair and clean. Dishwasher >71C. Facility provides meals to go for families needing support in addition to child care program. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Food is stored in cabinets, sealed or in pest proof containers.
