A second follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- The cooler storing the uncooked onion rings and precooked bacon was 4C. Staff adjusted the temperature knob at the back of the machine to a colder setting.
- The wall has been repaired so that a stainless steel plate has been installed and sealed to the wall. Good.
- The back hand washing sink was not blocked, and the faucet was secured to the countertop.
- FoodSafe certified staff present during the inspection.
- All violations have been corrected. Ensure all managers and supervisors complete and obtain the FoodSafe Level 1 certificate by the end of the month.
