Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # ADIG-CD9UMP of Apr-07-2022 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Hand wash station at back storage (employee change area), before entry way of front prep area has a broken soap dispenser and no paper towels. Operator said soap dispenser has been ordered. Staff were reminded by supervising staff to wash hands before start of shift at the front end, thank you. Correction: Please supply this hand sink with a temporary soap dispenser and refill paper towels in wall dispenser until replacement soap dispenser comes in. Please ensure employees maintain hand hygiene after changing into uniforms and coming in from the back entrance. Date to be corrected by: Supply the hand wash station with temporary soap dispenser today. Replacement wall soap dispenser can be repaired by end of the month.

Operator has placed soap in dispenser (temporary one) at the back hand sink until the wall mounted soap dispenser part arrives. Staff are able to use this temporary one or the front end ones for hand washing. Thank you. No further follow up required. No signature required due to Covid19 precautions.
