-Follow-up inspection to June 5, 2017. -Back handwash station has been serviced and was found to be in good working order. -Quats sanitizer dispenser and pails were tested at 200ppm. -Front handwash station has been serviced. Technician has determined water is entering the area below the sink through the side of the sink. Sink is to be replaced and wood in direct contact with the water has become rotten and will also need to be replaced. Follow-up inspection will be carried out to confirm repairs have been completed. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
