Liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels were available at the handsinks.
The staff member was handwashing prior to putting on single-use gloves.

Walk-in-cooler, the two preparation coolers and the drinks cooler were 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or colder.
Walk-in-freezer was -18 degrees C (0 degrees F) or colder (actual temperature: -23 degrees C).
Hot-held sauce and soups were 60 degrees C (140 degrees F) or hotter internally.
Temperature logs were being maintained 3 times per day.

200 ppm Quaternary Ammonium Compounds (QUATs) sanitizer was available in the bucket with wiping cloths, the spray bottle, and the dispenser in the 3-compartment sink.
A good supply of clean wiping cloths was available.
No pests were observed at the time of inspection.
Food storage areas were clean and organized.
Food was covered and stored off the floor.
The washrooms and dining area was clean at the time of inspection.
Permit to operate was posted conspicuously for public view.
