Observation: Pooling of stagnant water observed behind the washing machine and leak observed from piping at the top left of the dishwasher but had recently been cleaned up.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up all pooling water. Investigate the source of pooling water behind the washing machine and mitigate to prevent the breeding of pests. No signs of pests noted during inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Fly strip with active ingredient "dichlorvos" found behind equipment next to hand wash station in the McCafe area. This active ingredient is not compatible with areas that are occupied for more than four hours per day
Corrective Action(s): Remove all open strips with this active ingredient and, if needed, look into safer alternatives. Ensure the manufacturer's instructions are followed for all chemicals used on site.
