Comments

-A few droppings were found around the mixing bowl and in the dish pit. Pest control is coming on site regularly. Ensure that the next report is sent to Fraser Health.
-Complaint received and discussed with the owner.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot holding was > 60 C.
Cooling procedures for wings discussed.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine.
Records are kept for all refrigeration and the dishwasher.
The ice machine was clean.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
