A second follow-up inspection was completed:
- Cleaning of all walls completed in the kitchen, but more still is required. Owner will be contracting staff (Raff, head chef) to thoroughly clean the kitchen from top to bottom when restaurant is closed.
- When cleaning, use of commercial food grade degreasers and soaps shall be used for ease and efficiency of cleaning.
- Spray a solution of bleach and hot water (1 Tbsp bleach to 4 Litres of hot water) on all surfaces after cleaning to kill germs. Especially surfaces that mice droppings have been in contact with. Allow bleach solution to air dry, no need to wipe away.
