Observation: New shelving observed in kitchen with exposed unpainted wood surfaces.
2 of the 3 sinks at the 3 compartment sink observed not properly holding water as they are slowly draining. This is a repeat violation noted in report on February 14, 2023. Premises has another 2 compartment sink with proper fitting lids which can hold water. Premises will ware wash in these sinks until rubber stoppers have been replaced
Lid does not properly cover the pizza sauce container inside the walk in cooler
Chlorine test strips not on site
Corrective Action(s): Paint/seal wood surfaces as discussed
Repair or replace rubber seals to ensure they seat properly.
Provide new containers with proper fitting lids for the pizza sauce inside the walk in cooler.
