Corrective Action(s): This violation has been noted on nearly every inspection report for the past few years and little is being done to improve cleaning of this area. It was noted on last inspection report that cleaning was to improve by September 18th, and this has not happenend. Violation ticket in the amount of $230 is being issued. You must clean grease and food debris from on and under deep fryer and cooking equipment by October 13th to avoid further enforcement action. Violation Score: 9
