Cleaning has been completed in the bar service area and back of the house, around mop sink, ice machine and dishpit area.
Freezers and coolers also cleaned.
->floor between coolers and behind coolers need more work; undercounter coolers need to be moved so that cleaning can be done in hard to reach areas
Please ensure that staffs are doing deep clean on a regular basis and that supervisors are checking if the job has been done properly.
Quats test strips are available and placed on wall by dishwasher.
Copy of the permit is posted on the wall; head office is requesting for the original Health Permit
Verified on file that sink behind cashier/next to oven is indeed a handwashing station as per updated floor plans.
Handsink stations are both fully equipped and accessible today.

Note: structural upgrades at the handover area (floor tile, backsplash) are expected to be completed by next routine inspection,
