Follow-up Inspection Conducted for report#JCHY-CVERZX. The following violations in report#JCHY-CVERZX have been corrected: -Floors near the back storage area observed to be in sanitary condition free of dead flies. -2 Floor drains near the ice machine and combi oven observed to be in sanitary condition to prevent possible breeding of flies. -Ice cap machine observed to be in satisfactory condition. Syrup/sugar mixture observed to be under control. Ensure ice cap machine is cleaned and sanitized throughout the day to prevent build-up of syrup that attract flies. -Plastic drapes observed to be covering the front donut display to prevent flies from entry. No flies observed in the front donut display. -Air curtain observed to be purchased. Awaiting HVAC installer to install device. As per staff, HVAC personnel will install today. Ensure once installed, air curtain must be turned on to deter flies from entering. Corrected by: Today. -Time stamp/sticker available for savoury products. Herb & garlic time stamp observed to be made at 10:58am and jalapenio at 12:10pm. Ensure time sticker is available as it cannot be digitally tracked if multiple pastry products (different products or same flavours) are made at various times. Pest Control Company came today and applied light traps, glue traps around the facility.
