Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mildew/grime accumulation noted on the inside of ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure ice machine is taken apart for cleaning and sanitizing regularly. Increase frequency of cleaning as needed. Manager emptied ice bin and began cleaning ice machine at time of inspection.

Comments

- Hand washing sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in spray bottles. Spray bottles were tracked with dated "use by" stickers - good.
- Chlorine-based sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm in buckets for bar towels and were also time-tracked.
- Test strips available for both sanitizers.
- All toppings, condiments, and eggs held at room temperature were being time-tracked - good.
- All coolers were measured at 4C or colder
- Freezers were measured at -18C or colder
- All hot-held items were measured at 60C or hotter
- Temperature records well maintained and up to date
- Food storage practices were satisfactory
- Ice cream machine and beverage machines maintained in sanitary conditions
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Foodsafe certified staff on-site.
