Note:
- One walk-in freezer in the basement was being repaired at the time of inspection. No food was being stored in it. Once repaired, ensure it is capable of maintaining frozen food at -18C or less.
- Ensure thorough mixing is done after preparing the chlorine sanitizer in the bucket.
- Ensure cleaning underneath and behind equipment is done regularly.
