- Ensure kitchen is cleaned every day.

All freezers at -5C to -15C.
High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above during the final rinse.
Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles measured at 200ppm. (Ensure to mix 1/2 tsp of bleach to a spray bottle full of water)
No hot holding observed at the time of inspection.
No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.
Ice made manually in freezers.
Meat slicer in sanitary condition.
