Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two bottles of bleach water sanitizer measure 0 and 50ppm chlorine at the beginning of the inspection.
Instructed operator to increase bleach concentration.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach water sanitizer measure 200ppm chlorine after correction.
Please ensure 1tsp of bleach is used for 1L of water.

Observation: Rodent (rat) droppings are once again observed throughout the back kitchen, most notable in the following areas:
- Underneath dishwasher
- Prep area behind the dishwasher
- Back storage by the back door
- Back storage where all the freezers are
Corrective Action(s): Please work with professional pest control to eliminate pests.
As this is reoccuring incident, please have pest control routinely come check premise. (once a month when pest activity is low, biweekly when pest activity is high)
Please have pest control company come as soon as possible and before next follow up inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Rodent droppings observed throughout kitchen.
2. Ventilation hood, friers, and cookline observed to have grease build up.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Please clean rodent droppings with 1part bleach to 10parts water.
2. Please deep clean kitchen. Operator stated that professional cleaning is coming this week.

- Ice machine appears clean and well maintained
- Premise is well lit
