Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Temperature records were up to date. Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm in the spray bottle and 3-compartment sink. No evidence of pests. Pest control is on site every 2 months. Operator is FoodSafe Level 1 certified, expiring in 2024. General sanitation was satisfactory.
