Corrections Noted: √ General sanitation of premise has improved. Continue to deep clean the hard to reach areas such as behind the grill and deep fryers regularly √ Holes at base of pillars on outside of building have been plugged - Some mouse droppings found at bottom of shelving unit. Owner stated that they caught one more mouse since the last inspection. Clean up all mouse droppings as they are found and if mouse droppings are still being found after a few more weeks, recommend calling in a pest control company. √ No thawing at room temperature observed during inspection.
